  As presented at the 2025 NCDA Global Conference, this webinar will explore the essential role of career development practitioners in shaping public policy to support the career continuum. Participants will learn effective strategies for creating and implementing local "Hill Days" and initiatives. Attendees will leave with practical steps to engage with policymakers while advocating for impactful changes in career development policies.

  Join the OCDA Government Relations Committee and Board for the 3rd annual members-only legislative, advocacy, and networking day at the Ohio Statehouse. The program will include opportunities to hear from Ohio’s leaders and engage in meaningful dialogue about the state of career development in Ohio.
  
  Registration is required.
