Career Counselors/Coaches will explore how personal stories, shaped by subconscious influences and past experiences, can inform and guide career development and decision-making. A key component of the session will be a video featuring Dr. Savickas demonstrating the Career Style Interview in practice, providing career counselors/coaches with real-world examples of how to effectively apply this method.

Presentation Objectives:

1. Career Counselors/Coaches will learn the foundational principles of Career Construction Theory, including the importance of life narratives and the role of meaning-making in career development/decision-making.
