2. Identify and decide when to use MI in the cycle of change and the context of career counseling
3. Describe the Spirit of MI and how it relates to behavior change
4. Demonstrate the four (4) fundamentals of MI: OARS skills
5. Understand the four (4) Processes of MI
6. Become familiar with some MI techniques as they are applied to different career scenarios
