Join us to better understand post-pandemic emotional distress. This interactive session will cover tips for coaching and the Wellness Continuum Resource.

There is a rise in clients and students seeking career counseling despite lacking formal mental health diagnoses, often due to post-pandemic emotional distress. Attendees will learn about Corey Key's Dual Continuum Model and gain tools to support mental wellness in overcoming such challenges in career counseling and coaching.
