Program Description: As AI becomes integrated in job search and career advising, the conversation is shifting from “Should we use it?” to “How do we use it well (without burning out)?” Many practitioners find themselves trapped in a cycle of generic outputs, tone mismatches, and constant "fixing." This session will move past basic prompting to introduce a practical framework rooted in communication theory - all without the need for paid tools. You will learn how to treat AI as a collaborator rather than a magic wand. By mastering feedback loops and "noise reduction" strategies, you’ll learn to generate high-quality, personalized career content without the burnout of endless trial and error.
